Entrepreneurs, I need your help! Please share how you are currently storing all your documentation. I am in complete chaos right now and don't know what to do. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
What is your job? How much documentation do you have? Because I have a lot of it, because I work in the HR department and there are a lot of candidate documents needed here. We now use archiving software from ShareArchiver and now there is no such mess and confusion about where what is stored. All outdated data is archived and does not interfere, and if you need to find something, you can use the file search by name, date or content. I wrote to them at info@sharearchiver.com and even called them once at +1 855 927 2448 to find out whether their platform is suitable for our department or not, maybe you will need it too.
